- All prices include unlimited mileage, CDW (carries an excess), government tax (IVA) baby or booster seat, airport delivery and collection 07.05 to 21.55 hours. 24hr breakdown service- details will be provided by the hire company with your rental contract.
- Excludes: Supplement to cover the excess to Collision Damage Waiver, petrol (missing fuel will be charged for), traffic fines and violations. Also excludes damage to wheels, lost or damaged keys, cigarette burns, cracked wing mirrors, inadequate re fuelling. Personal accident insurance –(advised).
- Collison Damage Waiver Excess: QUOTED IN EUROS ACCORDING TO THE CAR GROUP AS FOLLOWS: GROUP A = 350 euro, GROUP B, BA = 400 euro, GROUP C, CA = 450 euro, GROUP D, DA = 500 euro, GROUP E, EA = 600 euro, GROUP F, FA (7 SEATS) = 700 euro, GROUP J (9 SEATS) = 800 euro.
- Optional Supplemental Collision damage waiver: PRICES QUOTED IN EUROS PER DAY ACCORDING TO CAR GROUP AS FOLOWS: GROUP A = 6 euro, GROUP B, BA = 7 euro, GROUP C, CA = 8 euro, GROUP D, DA = 9 euro, GROUP E, EA = 10 euro, GROUP F, FA (7 SEATS) = 11 euro, GROUP J (9 SEATS) = 12 euro. This is payable locally upon collection of your car.
- Drivers must have held a full driving licence for a minimum of three years and must be 25 years and over. Up to 2 additional drivers are allowed per booking.
- Car delivery: This is a free service within a 25km radius of Malaga airport. There will be a £30 charge should you wish your car to be delivered outside the 25km radius of Malaga Airport.
- Gibraltar: If you are arriving/returning to Gibraltar Airport there is a £55 supplement, this is due to our cars being delivered from our Malaga office, this is paid for at the time of your booking. Please report to the parking attendant at the FoC0na Car park. Full instructions will be provided at the time of your booking. For a one way service. i.e collection only at Gibraltar the charge is £40.00
- Malaga Airport: You will be met in the arrival’s hall (do not go downstairs) by our representative holding a sign with your name. Late arrivals: There is a late arrival charge of 20 euros depending on the time of collection – for flights landing after 22.00hrs and up until 07.00 hrs paid locally to our representative who will be meeting you.
- Malaga Train Station: If you are arriving at Malaga Train Station “Maria Zambrano” you will be met at the arrival lounge.
- Upon collection of the car, the hirer will have to produce his/her passport, driving licence and booking voucher supplied by Paragon Rentacar. The hirer will also have to sign the hire companies hire agreement which makes the rental the subject of a direct contract between the hirer and the hire company. The hirer will also have to pay any extras that he/she may have asked for ask for i.e GPS etc
- Payment in full by cleared funds is required prior to departure. Non payment could result in the cancellation of your booking.
- Cancellations: All cancellations are free of charge along with amendments to your booking.
- Extension of hire – Please contact Paragon Rentacar if you require extended hire or amendments to your booking.
- GPS is available at 5 euros per day and is payable locally upon collection of your car.
- Fuel: Half a tank of fuel will be charged upon collection of your vehicle as follows for Groups A – 30 euro, Group B, BA – 35 euro, Group C, CA – 35 euro, Group D, DA – 40 euro, Group E, EA – 40 euro, Group F,FA ( 7seats) -45 euro, Group J (9 seats) – 50 euro. Return empty.
- Cars are supplied according to groups, but we do our best to supply the car of your choice within that group. There is a minimum 3 day rental charge across the fleet.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
